We booked due to the location near the ethiad stadium. Rooms were a bit dated and only one plug socket. We had dinner and breakfast which were both excellent in both taste and value for money. Dinner portion sizes were very generous and we were shocked to see the size of my son kids menu pizza! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

The hotel is a bit tired looking but the bed was quite comfortable. There were plenty of parking places and the rate was very reasonable for an inner city. As I have a blue badge parking was free. There were not many plugs to put our electrical things but the one thing that stood out was the helpful staff. The girls on reception were lovely and helpful and I would like to praise especially Mohammed who I would give a 6 * review if I could. I left my kindle E reader in the room and when I rang to enquire the next day I expected to hear no it not here. He said he would look and then rang me back twice to inform me that it had been found and how to retrieve it. Well done Travel Lodge for the helpfulness and honesty of your staff.

Mohammed was the guy that checked me in my Mrs help me in to the room with the bags as I have mobility issues Mohammed gave me an option what floor I will like gave me the closest room the hotel had available to the main entrance and Mohammed even sorted the parking out for me as I have a blue badge. Will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

房间急需升级，非常过时的木片墙太贵了，每晚80英镑，染色的浴缸不太吸引人，还有抽水问题。接待人员清理工作非常不友好！
