It’s was very clean and quiet, staff lovely, bed comfortable and lots of coffee , you could get more at reception as well, iron and ironing board available too

I was surprised how quiet the hotel was considering it's location, a good clean hotel, only down side is additional parking payment with ambiguous charges

The hotel is in a great central location and the rooms are modern, always clean and good value for money. But my best compliments go out to the reception staff especially Nabeel. He is very professional, very friendly and always helpful...he always goes above and beyond to make our stay feel as comfortable and as welcoming as possible. His personality and his efforts are very excellent reflection of Travelodge staff, highly recommended.

Scored a bargain at Chertsey Travelodge! Room 005 was top, staff were brilliant, and location was spot on. Had a smashin' time, would highly recommend! Comfy and clean rooms, great value for money😊😊

It was wonderful staying at Chertsey travelodge. The hotel is clean and the staff is superb and welcoming. Special thanks to Nabeel the guy at reception. Will stay here again.

Had a cracking stay at Chertsey Travelodge! Staff were top notch, room was spotless and comfy, and the location was bang on for exploring Thorpe Park's Fright Nights and Chertsey town centre. Perfect spot for a Halloween treat! Would defo stay again, great value for money
我对房间非常失望，房间里臭气熏天，整晚都在敲打屋顶。第二天我还要参加婚礼，又累又累，真是太失望了，花钱却什么都没得到。
我们入住的两个房间里都出现了瓢虫泛滥的情况。瓢虫在灯具里繁殖，聚集在房间的各个角落，甚至从床架里爬出来。
和我去过的任何其他 Travelodge 酒店相比，我在这里睡得更好，房间达到了很高的标准，一切都很干净，没有什么可抱怨的，就像我们去了高档酒店住宿一样……工作人员非常乐于助人，他们把我们收到的信送到了我们的房间，太棒了！！！
