I left some walking boots at the hotel and Emma the hotel manager was really kind. She packaged them up and posted them back to me - I live over 100 miles away - at no cost to me. This is excellent customer service.

I had no issues during my stay, basic room, get what you need when you’re just travelling through. Only spent one night so didn’t require much but staff were friendly enough on check in. Slept well. Heater worked very well very quickly. Nice desk for working at - chair a little wobbly though. Lots of parking.

Stayed here as it was cheap and near to my mum, who we were visiting at the weekend, so location was good. I can see a lot of the reviews are familiar - windows wide open when we arrived so the room was freezing, the bathroom door didn't lock or even shut, the radiator and bath had marks all over them. The room smelled of damp which was not nice to spend any time in and the shower was very weak and not that warm. I think the whole place needs a refurb. We're going to try the Premier Inn over the road next time.

Avoid this hotel rooms filthy , worst hotel ever stayed in my life. 1st time using a travel lodge definitely be last. Was only 1 night Disgraceful

We were visiting friends in the area. This travel lodge was in a good location but the beds were so uncomfortable, there was no hand soap, hair and body wash was so thin it just ran through your hand, they didn’t make up the room as requested so had to keep going to reception for towels etc. the WiFi was so poor. 30 minutes free each day but then you had to pay. Contacted customer service when home and they offered a free breakfast for next time we stayed!!! There was no restaurant for breakfast at this hotel.

Room 18 is extremely smelly it smells of wet dogs but for £45 a night it was ok - it was clean etc and I’d stay here again but not in room 18

The room was absolutely immaculate and smelt amazing. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Although a brief stay, it was extremely pleasant. I didn't have any issues with noise like I have in other hotels. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed and that put me at ease as soon as I got through the door.

第二天，我抵达奥斯沃斯特里 Travelodge 酒店，准备在攀登斯诺登山的途中住一晚。当我进入房间时，已经是午夜半夜，令我惊讶的是，两扇窗户都敞开着，房间里冷得要命。我关上窗户，打开暖气，但到达时暖气已经完全关闭。此外，浴室里的抽风机整晚都开着，尽管灯是关着的，噪音太大，进一步扰乱了我的睡眠。这不是我所期望的体验。
