Josh at the front desk was amazing and helpful and very friendly. The entire staff made our stay outstanding.

We requesred a quiet room and were placed next to a room full of noisy kids and parent. We were also facing the main road, hwy 50, so we did not get any rest. Also the lobby and breakfast area was freezing and the hreakfast was less than satisfactory, cery limited.

Overall, he hotel was run-down. The bright side is that the employees provided exceptional customer service. My concern is that Eureka still uses a sundown siren! For those of you who don't know, those sirens were used to warn Native Americans to town by sundown or face vicious hate crimes and arrest from the settlers. Often, the encounters resulted in extreme injuries and/or death. To say that the siren is now used as a curfew warning for minors is a classic example of whitewashing Nevada's ******, Eurocentric history. Eureka believes it's above the law and doesn't have to comply with Nevada SB 391. Avoid this town if you can.

Do not stay in 401-409 if you want some peace and quiet. The workers there are loud, smelly and rude. The make so much noise was not the place for me

Unfortunately they were unable to accommodate our request for a first floor room. The room we did have was excellent, but it was up a flight of stairs. The breakfast is basic, but the front desk lady very willingly helped us get the pancake machine started. Suggest Urban Cowboy restaurant for dinner, excellent Indian food. Very close by.

Front desk staff was great. Went out of her way to assist me with checking, parking and choice of food options nearby. Parking was suitable for my mode of transportation with motorcycle! Other staff encountered were kind and welcoming. Room was clean, comfortable and the pillows were perfect. I'd buy one. Great stay.
