Nice pool for the kids. The breakfast was top notch! Try the folded omelette with cheese.. it was delicious! Very nice stay and exactly what we wanted all around! :)

We arrived around 10:15 PM and there was no one there at the desk, just a sheet to sign your name and indicate if you had a pet. There were bags with water bottles and key cards attached, with the party’s last name on them. None of the bags was for us. The only way I could get into the room was through the Hilton Honors app and the digital key therin. This hotel brand used to be a nice option, but it has gone downhill the last few times I have stayed at a Hampton Inn. 15-20 years ago they were great, but not anymore.

Our first night there, the toilet would not flush good, but it finally work right. the next night it overflowed and water came out all over the bathroom and door of bathroom. I went down to the front desk and told the person at the desk what had happened and water was all over. Did they have a plunger, mop and bucket. He said he would see if he could find them. After a while he came back with these items and a arm load of towels for me to use to clean up the water. Told me to put the plunger, mop and bucket outside the door when I was done and someone would get them later that night. They were still there the next morning when we got up. I took them down to the lobby and they didn't know what to do with them! The bad thing about all this is they never offered to send someone to our room to clean up the mess that was not our fault! I had taken my wife there for our anniversary! What an anniversary having pay to mop the floor!

We got to the room and there were one very low amount of toilet paper so we had to ask for at least 3! And pillows are frumpy- asked for 2 more . Service outstanding! Thank you for going out of your way to make our stay more comfortable.

It did not smell like many hotels but that applies only to second and third floors. Tub plumbing fixtures needed tweaking. We would definitely go back again.
