Nice location, sofa beds a big thumbs down.
The location is amazing. Rooms were clean. However the sofa bed in our room was horrible . The mattress was old worn out with creaking springs. Our kid had to sleep on the floor.

Nice place, good price, close shopping & beach
Easy check in, lots of space in the room with a kitchen, living room, separate bedrooms. Next to the beach and walking distance to lots of downtown shopping. Grocery store right across the street.

The parking is absolutely horrible, there is literally a huge tree in the middle of the parking that you can barely get around. If you aren't out of your room before 10am they will charge $100 per person if you are in there at 10:01. Supposed to be an enjoyable experience but all the rules they have it feels more like prison

While it can be a tight fit, most guests are able to navigate it without trouble.Regarding the 10:00 AM checkout, we do enforce this policy to allow our team time to prepare for the next guests. While a late fee is noted in our terms, I want to clarify that it is simply a minimum $100 fee for failure to vacate. Additionally, you were not charged for this.We truly want every guest to enjoy their stay, and we’re always working to balance comfort with consistency. Very nice property, only negative was the hot tub was green, so we were not able to enjoy it. Staff were very friendly and accomedating.

这家店的广告非常可疑。首先，没有空调！为了给房间降温，我不得不打开窗户，但是窗户上没有纱窗，后来我在地上找到了，自己换上了。我在网上看到的“房间”配有一个设施齐全的厨房，包括烤箱、水槽和全尺寸冰箱。还有一个“客厅”，里面有沙发、椅子和石砌壁炉。而我实际入住的却是一个小厨房，里面只有迷你冰箱、迷你洗碗机，没有烤箱，只有一个双灶炉。厨房和客厅都在一个很小的房间里。家具陈旧破损，厨房橱柜也一样。卧室里只有一个床头柜和一盏灯，都是老旧破损的。浴室也很老旧破损，没有浴缸，只有一个大概3x3英尺的小淋浴房，也没有提供洗发水或护发素。我预订这家店的原因之一是广告上说有健身房。健身房里只有一台坏掉的跑步机、一台坏掉的踏步机、一个12磅的哑铃、两个2磅的哑铃和一张坏掉的台球桌。营业时间是早上9点到下午5点，欢迎光临！这里有投币式洗衣机和烘干机，但是洗衣液机坏了。泳池区和烧烤区很漂亮，维护得也很好。小小的沙滩区也不错。工作人员态度生硬，不愿沟通。我以后再也不会来了。
这是一处不错的、略显老旧的房产，拥有私人湖泊和码头。但入住时间真的需要提前到下午4点之前，而且房间内也应该配备空调。顶层白天太热了。另外，淋浴间也应该提供洗发水和护发素。
