Got put in a room where doors kept opening and slamming. Parents shouting their kids. Thought it be ok when we got back to the room at 10pm. A little noisy but was ok. Come 8am the doors and kids being shouted at in the hallway waking us up. Was not a good experience at all. Staff shouldve put us on another floor as we had no kids but certainly felt it was pure kids on that floor. So much for getting an extra few hours in bed, couldve stayed at home and got up with our own kids if we had known.

This truly is one of the better travelogues that I have stayed in, never have a bad experience but you can tell at this establishment the colleagues really go the extra mile with how friendly and helpful they are

Had an amazing stay here. Made to feel so welcome. Would highly recommend. Big thank you to Tracey who made our stay so good. She never stopped the whole time we were there and still made time and effort to make us feel very welcome. Even made time for my little 18 month old boy. Room was spotless. Food was amazing. Atmosphere was amazing. Good value for money. Was silent the whole time we were there

Checked in today at this hotel what a credit Tracey is to the place very warm welcome very knowledgeable it felt like she wasn’t just checking us in she was enjoying getting to know us definitely recommend this place.
酒店的停车场简直离谱，不过旁边就有一个超大的停车场，24小时才14英镑。前台区域干净整洁，办理入住又快又顺利。房间很干净，还配有风扇，这太棒了。床铺还可以。地理位置绝佳。我肯定会再来的。
我对酒店的服务真的很失望，比如卧室里没有WiFi，只有大堂才有。前台接待员也不是很有礼貌。我失聪的女儿向他们反映WiFi问题时，他们竟然说这不是酒店的责任。
预约了两大一小，到后讲无房给我，只有双人房，我答我就系book双人房，她们话双人房不能有小朋友，叫我同Trip.com退钱。我话但trip.com显示得我先book,甘我而家加钱book多间她又答无房，最后我理论左好耐就安排双人房加叠床给我，希望trip.com了解清楚此酒店能入住人数，以免有下一个受害者。
我们住得很愉快，工作人员很可爱，没什么大不了的，但是有一天，我们收到了一张停车场的停车罚单，说我们没有付停车费，当我们到达时，我们把所有的细节都告诉了接待处，我们出去走走在我们逗留的 3 天里，他们说我们没有支付婚礼费用。我们都是残疾人，整个住宿期间都没有蓝色徽章，我们已将此信息提交给他们，正在等待结果。
酒店的家庭房很小。停车位非常有限，最终我们在那里的 4 天每天要支付 14 英镑。接待人员也总是不在，所以有时要等很长时间才能得到服务。窗户太脏了，几乎看不到外面。积极的一点是主题公园就在马路对面。就在电车站和沙堡水上乐园旁边。
到达后，主要停车场非常暗而且很小 餐厅看起来不干净 房间里有漂白剂的味道 我们不得不离开，因为我们觉得不安全 窗户很脏 很差 对于 Travelodge 来说绝对不会再看布莱克浦的这个了
