We came to Mirabello for 10 days for our Honeymoon with our 2 year old son.
From arrival up until the last day, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Prior to our visit, i messaged the hotel to pre-arrange some flowers etc, They provided many options depending on the budget. When we arrived to our hotel room they provided the flowers in a lovely

First time visiting Crete and had a wonderful experience not least because of our fantastic stay at the Mirabello Bay Luxury Resort. Starting with the amazing customer care given by everyone right from the reception welcome to housekeeping and the restaurant staff. You truly feel they all aim to create the best guest experience and prioritise taking care of their guests. A special shout out needs to be given to Matthew, the concierge, who went above and beyond in every respect taking immediate care of any request and ensuring all of our requests were taken care of. There was nothing he couldn't do and truly made our trip the most relaxing and trouble free. In addition to the people, the location of the Mirabello Bay Resort adds to the incredible experience - it is truly a beautiful hotel with fantastic views across the bay and the most magical sunrises. Photos can never do justice to how spectacular the sunrise and sea views are. I would highly recommend staying at the Mirabello Bay and certainly look forward to being able to return.

Overall a good stay. The only issues I had is that my room was next to the cleaning persons room. So it was very loud in the morning and the doors in the hallways slam shut so that woke me up several times throughout the morning. This is a kid friendly resort so there are a LOT of kids so just be mindful when booking. The beach was dirty more than likely due to the kids.
The staff are all very friendly and willing to accommodate your needs. The food is wonderful there as well. They upgraded my room too so that was lovely as well.

Exceptional stay. The property was amazing with lots to places to chill and relax. The food was absolutely amazing With lots of variety in the buffet including for kids and toddlers. Perfect for a family trip. They had thought of everyway to make our stay comfortable and even gave us an upgrade to all inclusive. Highly recommend and a must visit

非常适合家庭度假
酒店非常棒，早餐丰盛，设施干净整洁，非常适合带孩子的家庭，还有海滩和港口水上乐园。酒吧全天免费供应水、咖啡、果汁和小吃
海滩维护得很好，干净整洁，设施齐全。房间舒适宽敞。可惜的是，食物虽然种类丰富，但种类不多。
工作人员非常友好，泳池区域很好，提供多种全包优惠
