Staff friendly and open to feedback regarding putting feathered pillows and having more none meat products for breakfast. Can be very quiet but has a lot of military persons staying as a military town. I felt safe as a lone female traveller. Could have done with a kettle in room as has coffee machine and not a coffee drinker but found this to be norm in usa hotels But hot water could be obtained in lobby

The staff is all nice, breakfast was really good, rooms are very clean. It was a great stay!! Anything I needed or had questions the front desk always helped. Lots of parking and Pool was nice. Would recommend to anyone. Lots of restaurants around to walk to and shopping center close by if you need anything.

Great Customer service. The staff was outstanding; Linus, Alicia Cassie, and the front desk crew were great. The cleaning team was outstanding as well. The young ladies that serve breakfast were great as well. I would recommend this property.

This is not a Hampton Inn on O C Curry Blvd. There are no signs for the hotel. If we had not already booked and paid we would have turned around and left. The parking lot is bad. All kinds of things are piled up in front of the entrance. The room smelled terribly of smoke. Construction all through the hotel. Apparently it has been sold since the towels were from Choice Hotel. It a good experience. Definitely not worth the Hampton Inn price we paid.

This hotel is under renovation from a fire. It is a DISASTER! Dust EVERYWHERE! Every surface in the room had drywall dust over it. The interior is filthy. The hotel should complete the renovation, then open up to the public. Stay somewhere else!
