从第一天晚上到第五天晚上，我的住宿体验都很棒。房间干净整洁，每日客房服务一流。我遇到的每个人都非常热情友好，乐于助人。直到最后一天早上退房时，情况才有所好转。当时我开车回匹兹堡，要了两小时的车程，想坐飞机回家，所以要了一瓶水。在此之前，前台每晚都免费为我提供两瓶水。这次前台女士告诉我，每瓶水要收1美元，而且在我入住第一天晚上之后就不再免费了。我告诉她，从第一天晚上开始，每瓶水都是免费的，但她毫不在意。她非但没有在最后一次与我互动时提供高质量的服务，反而因为1美元的价格而让我在整个入住期间都感到厌烦。真是愚蠢的互动，她显然没有客户服务意识和销售技巧。
