抵达酒店check in 是把行李放在路边,我要走进登记大厅里做登记,第一次五星级度假屋还坐在楼梯处等待长达半小时的buggy😡还被后来抵达的旅行团插队!根本没有酒店员工在外面安排次序。入住酒店后要出去走走再等半个小时buggy车才来接送,浪费了我的时间。晚上也一直在等buggy车去吃晚餐结果等了半小时还没来再打一次电话给客服,司机说第一次的电话没有接到通知白白浪费了我的时间。就这样左等右等晚餐时间10点才吃上。第二天早餐也是在等buggy,吃完在餐厅也是要等buggy车 大部分住客都感到非常不满。buggy车太少住的地方离开太远,没办法步行。如果你有很多时间浪费可以来住,要不然就待在房间不要出门。真的没有住过服务那么差的度假胜地!非常不满意!

说真的,非常失望。五星级的收费,三星级的档次。老旧破败,餐食单调,卫生堪虑,服务拖沓。苍蝇到处飞。离附近的乡镇市集至少也要八公里。反正是绝对不会再去了。包括吉隆坡都是个破地方。我上回去马来西亚是1999年,感觉他们还活在1999年。
叫他们换毛巾可拖一整个白天,服务员赤脚进房间,从外面的路上!第三张照片的游池看到了吧?就这么小,左边我切掉的是还在施工的加盖,堆满了脚手架。住三晚花了我近三千八人民币(含早)。SPA一次90分钟,一个人约600人民币。就这么个破地方,自个儿决定要不要去吧!
房间很舒服,性价比很高,美中不足是海水不够清澈,很难看到水生动物。整个水屋很有创意,晨跑在地图上跑了一个棕榈树出来,有意思吧。沙滩日落实在是太美了。

住的时间太短了,从入住到退房还不到24小时。我觉得可以考虑把退房时间稍微延长到下午2点。前台和所有工作人员都非常友好。早餐不错,就是椰浆饭的叁巴酱有点太辣了。
我们为女友的准新娘之夜预订了房间。在抵达前,我曾两次致电金棕榈树度假村前台,询问能否为我女友的庆祝活动布置一下,但当我们进入别墅时,却没有任何装饰,我的女友们很生气,我也很沮丧!此外,我支付了5位成人两卧室别墅的费用,但加床却还没有准备好!从别墅搭乘电瓶车去吃早餐和办理退房手续等了很久,大约15-20分钟。早餐选择还不错。
这是我第一次来这里度假,并没有网上说的那么糟糕。环境和酒店早餐都挺不错的。唯一美中不足的是,入住时有一位男员工不太友善。我们每次问他问题,他都只说“你可以打0询问”。可能我们以前住过其他酒店,前台工作人员都会耐心向我们介绍酒店设施。

度假村尊重自然,生态怡人,周围没什么游玩项目,适合懒人不要动脑。返程可以顺路去火龙果餐厅试试,味道不错。
