这次印尼巴里岛之游酒店体验不好,入住第二天晚餐时一楼房间里发现一条一米长的蛇🐍。和酒店交涉后换到高层楼更便宜的房间。差价酒店不补。捷程补了差价。今天离店时行李员到房间取行李,等我们到大堂发现箱子裂了一条,酒店还说是我们之前弄坏的,但是早上关箱子时没有发现。因为要赶飞机所以酒店换了一个箱子,到机场时仔细看换的箱子也是坏的。没有想到全球闻名丽兹卡而顿酒店的服务这么不到位。
从到酒店的第一秒到离开酒店在这里所有的体验堪称完美!!酒店虽然有点老但是维护的很好,服务更是所有人都热情周到,酒店处处都很美,孩子们在kids club也玩的很开心!住了四晚,离开的时候很不舍还会再来!
服务一如即往的热情、真诚、周到,甚至第二次跨进餐厅的大门,主管立即准确的叫出我们的姓名,非常热情又恰当的分寸把握的给客人打招呼。
安静的可以享受静谧的午后时光,也可以一早去专设的跑步路线慢跑~~
最喜欢的还是他们的咖啡吧,可以登高看远的欣赏美景的同时,品尝到地道的英式下午茶。
📌地理位置:酒店在努沙杜瓦离传统的游玩区苍古水明漾库塔等是有点距离的,推荐要去像悬崖餐厅,蓝点海滩,bingin海滩,情人崖等半岛地区的可以住在这里就很方便啦。
🌇酒店朝向:向南 看日落什么的就不是很方便啦。
🥊酒店设施:传统的健身房,bar,spa什么都有,餐厅有好几个,早餐厅有两个一个在一楼一个在L楼,餐厅并非all day。但是room in是all day的了。整个酒店占地面积非常大,东南亚的栗子好像都是这个路子,酒店内通勤的话叫高尔夫车就好啦。然后这次是泳池房,阳台就是连通泳池的很棒很方便啦。
⌛️酒店服务:标准度假村一对一坐着check,哈哈哈,给的饮料好好喝,也肯定是我渴了。然后行李依然在Ci之后会由专人送至房间,不用自己拖着走,另外预付房费的话还是需要刷4000000盾押金,看各种房型吧。服务非常好,每一步都是宾至如归。
🚢酒店出游:酒店待着吧,出去的话就浪费了这么大的度假村了,出游也并不方便,另外酒店有赠送拍照服务,免费的哎。真是很方便一生要出片儿的中国女生了。
🥗早餐全日餐厅与room in:早餐很好欧,order速度超级快,然后我第一次在酒店遇到水果挑好现切的,种类多,拿着找柜台切就好啦
综合评述:性价比很高的栗子,淡季基础房好像只有2K,泳池连通这次订是3.8K一晚应该是因为元旦的缘故吧
环境和卫生状况都非常好。能感受到所有工作人员都愿意为了住客更开心,更方便舒适而努力,很温暖,谢谢,让我和孩子有一个愉快的假期。
度假型酒店的典范,免费活动丰富,食物有特色,沙滩很干净,适合躺平不出去,而且与隔壁kempinski通过沙滩连通,可以串门。
视野超级好,虽然价格贵一些,但是个人觉得还是挺好的。房间挺干净,早餐一般吧,没什么特色,普普通通的...........
房间挺大床也挺大 工作人员也很热情 公区小了点还碰到了打药 味道有点不好闻 总体还可以 性价比挺好 服务也不错的
丽思卡尔顿的度假酒店从没让我失望过。巴厘岛的这家也是低调、简约、大气、安静的风格。有人说酒店有点旧,一点都不旧,设施维护的很好,房间每天打扫的非常干净。酒店区域本身就是一个热带花园,海滩很宽阔,餐饮配套丰富。服务也是非常的热情周到,遇到的所有工作人员都会微笑打招呼,入住期间楼上的住客非常的吵,向酒店反应后立刻得到了解决,并且还进行了反馈,工作非常到位,入住体验很好。虽然第二天楼上又很吵,但这不是酒店问题。总之没什么缺点,值得推荐。
