Bathroom & Amenities: Our bathrooms do have doors. The curtain you mentioned is a shower curtain specifically designed to separate the wet (shower) and dry (toilet) zones. Regarding the hair dryer, it is a standard amenity provided in the room, and we were not informed of any issues during your stay. 2. Room Atmosphere: Most of our furniture and room components are made of natural wood, which has a characteristic scent. Given that four adults shared one small bedroom for 4 nights and declined cleaning services throughout the stay, this likely affected the room’s freshness. 3. Housekeeping Schedule: Our records show you stayed for 4 nights, not 5 or 6. Our policy is to provide full cleaning every other day, which was clearly communicated during check-in and included in the information sheet provided with your key card. On the first scheduled day, our housekeeping team was refused entry and guests requested only bottled water. On the second scheduled day, despite a prior agreement to allow cleaning to avoid further issues, our staff was again restricted from performing a full service. The guests remained in the room and requested only a quick bathroom wash, as they did not want to be disturbed. It is unfair to blame the hotel when our staff was repeatedly denied the opportunity to clean the room properly. 4. Staff Professionalism: We advocate for mutual respect between guests and our team. Our receptionist remained professional despite encountering aggressive behavior and impolite language. We kindly ask all guests to maintain a respectful tone, as paying for a service does not justify verbal mistreatment of staff. 5. Room Suitability & Value: The Family One Bedroom is ideally priced and designed for a parent-child family. For a group of four adults, it may feel less spacious, and we would recommend booking a larger suite for better comfort in the future. 6. 房间除了没有洗衣机其他方面全部满足 标间一个客厅(包括厨房)+一个卧室+阳台 地理位置优越 服务也很好 除了前台大厅很小之外其他方面均为优秀 下次还会考虑入住
第一,本来就是两天打扫一次,牙具居然也不会主动提供,还要客人下楼到前台自己要,非常麻烦一点不人性化。第二,房间内有小飞虫,连续几天都有。第三,我的房间在三楼,路边经过摩托或汽车的时候噪音很大,只有戴耳塞才能勉强入睡。第四,退房时还要等前台人员上楼检查房间,好多年没有遇到这种情况了,太落伍了,视频就是我在等候前台人员时录的。
位置绝佳,离地铁口走路三分钟可达,坐船看日落也方便,酒店附近有两家7-11且路边摊很多。。。不过对面就是个基督教的墓园,介意的话不要住。房间都很小包含四人间。。。胖子不友好。。。四人间甚至没有一次性拖鞋,还要靠服务人员“施舍”。。。
房间有霉味,热水要么烫死要么冷死。。。由于出来5个人,住宿有点尴尬,所以才订了套房。整体还算过得去,门口不远处有公交车站台。出行我们坐公交车,也是挺方便。曼谷堵车。打的跟公交基本速度上没差别。
这是一家很棒的小酒店,就在大都会大厦(MahaNakhon Tower)旁边。9楼的泳池区被郁郁葱葱的绿植环绕,有舒适的日光浴躺椅,还能看到包括大都会大厦在内的摩天大楼美景。泳池有三个不同深度,带小孩的家长需要给孩子准备臂圈或游泳圈。1楼提供泳池毛巾。
我们住的是四人间,有一个卧室和一间带两张床的厨房。
我们下午1点到达,酒店很顺利地让我们提前办理了入住。退房后也可以寄存行李。
1.设备非常陈旧,连基本的生活用具都不提供,比如说吹风机等,浴室都没有门,只有浴帘,洗澡时大量水会往外流,很容易滑倒;洗澡的热水比拉一泡尿还要小,简直就没办法洗干净身体。
2. 卫生做得很不够,床上还有毛发掉落,枕头和被子也有很浓的汗味,应该是从来没有晒过被子或者清洁过被子
3.说好了每隔一天做的清洁和换洗毛巾等服务,一连五晚六天都没有来过,打电话请他们清洁换毛巾的时候还和你坚持说是我们不要清洁(问过另外两个室友根本没有的事,他们说谎话),需要毛巾必须自己收拾拿下楼来换新的毛巾
4.晚间(晚饭时间)值班的女前台非常不友善,不管你如何解释,她就是坚持清洁元已经来过但是这怪我们不让清洁(天大的谎话!)
5.除了为止还不错之外,性价比非常的差!
6.推荐Shama-Ahat Served Apartment ,价格相差不大,但是完全碾压这一间酒店。
总结:这是我四次来曼谷移动住过5家酒店里最差最差的,或者说是整个亚洲区酒店里最差的酒店。这辈子希望不要遇上这样的酒店了!
很棒的酒店,旁边就有两个轻轨站和商店。九楼的游泳池开放到晚上十点,在城市里逛了一整天,看了很多景点后,晚上泡在凉爽的水里真是太棒了。酒店提供按摩服务,但我们没有体验。小厨房里有所有必需的餐具。
饭店舒服 干净 地理位置很好
酒店地理位置非常好,就在大都会大厦后面。步行不远就能找到很多不错的餐厅和酒吧,也可以品尝街头小吃。房间非常宽敞干净。
非常感谢您提供了这么棒的酒店!这是我们第二次来曼谷,也是第二次选择Sabai Sathorn。酒店有屋顶泳池,房间都很干净。地铁站、餐厅和商店都在附近,酒店里还可以预订按摩或颂钵体验……我们住了一个月,一点都不后悔:这家酒店太棒了!
