The best breakfast! Very tasty with lots of options. The breakfast staff was fabulous. The hotel is very nice, room was spotless, comfortable beds and a good shower. The staff here was great!

Front desk man was very nice, we didnt get in til 12am and computer wasnt working to give us room key so we had to be let in by attendent to our rooms were clean but found a roach as soon as we walked in.

The room and service were very good. The room had issues with the heating/cooling system which made sleeping difficult.

I reserved a 2 queen bed suite. At the time of my check in- they gave me a key to a single king bed room. They informed me that I did not reserve the 2 queen bed suite and that now the single king bed room was the only one they had left. After providing a receipt of my reservation to both the hotel and ******* customer service- I was still unable to get the room I purposefully reserved and payed for and was denied a refund.
Customer service by both the hotel and ******* were not helpful and rigid.

The property is well light and sFe surroundings. Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast delicious
该酒店硬件及服务还可以，房间挺大！早餐也不错。停车方便！但问题来了，由于我们是在协程上提前订的房，房费已付！在我们走后竞然连扣3笔房费，真是莫名奇妙；由于语言问题当我们委托亲属打电话询问，不但没有给出理由态度还非常不耐烦，这是为什么？希而顿可是全球连锁的品牌店啊，真让人无语！以后旅客要小心了！唉！
酒店本身还不错。我们的浴室冲不了水，而且他们也没有其他空房了。我们被告知，由于是通过第三方预订的，所以不会获得任何退款。酒店内没有维修人员，我们每次上厕所都得去大堂，真是太荒唐了！
