Although the hotel itself was lovely, and the staff was friendly, pet owners ruined the total experience. Pets barked late and early mornings for long periods of time, and when left unattended. Maybe as a suggestion they should all be placed on the same floor. They also allowed pets to be in the dining area, people were holding their pets then fixing buffet style servings of food. I doubt any health department would approve of that.

Very comfortable and clean hotel.
This was our latest in a long line of hotel breakfasts and this one was the best of them all.
The gym, pool, putting green and fire pits all looked nice but we didn't utilize them.
Parking was lousy.

From the front desk gal (whose name I unfortunately forget) to the room being spacious and comfy. Probably most important was the check-in process at the front desk with Ms. Personality. She was perfect!

Check in staff was phenomenal … room needed vacuuming… halls and floors off elevator needed vacuuming.
We have to pay 10 a day for parking but when you are out and return NO parking spaces left and had to park with permission from staff on the sidewalk area along with four other cars. Not a good idea.. I should have received 10 of my parking fee back!! No way would I recommend this kind of situation …the area didn’t make me feel very safe in the dark especially if we had to park away from the front hotel area.
For people with celiac there are no real good food options other than fruit … if eggs were safe there was no label to state gluten free (some seasonings contain gluten)..We loved the idea it was newer hotel and that was nice..BED sheets contained some kind or orange stain on them..yuck!! Bed was comfy and that was a plus.. the room where we were placed had a view of the roof and air conditioning units..not good

Everything was perfect, best free hotel breakfast and the coffee was better than Starbucks. Only negative was parking is not free and was told it would be $10 but was $15.

Location abuts an Interstate highway, so it was very noisy. Front desk clerk made several mistakes with our room and keys. We were given a handicap suite which we did not need or request. Hotel parking is an extra charge over the room.

very spacious, clean, comfortable rooms! complete kitchen in rooms including full size refrigerator, microwave, cook top, and dishwasher. Comfortable beds!
