My swimsuit bottoms were taken by housekeeping. There is a sign in the room that says housekeeping will not come by unless we requested them to. We never requested housekeeping. I had to reach out numerous times to the front desk. I never spoke to a manager even though 2 messages were written down saying to reach out to me with my contact information. The manager could have also came to the hotel room, we stayed for 3 nights. My bottoms were never returned and I have yet to even speak to a manager regarding it because they won't call me back. Why did housekeeping come into our room when we did not request them and it's noted in the room that they only come if requested. Being constantly brushed off saying someone will reach out and they never do is frustrating. It leaves me uncomfortable that my worn, drying hanged up bottoms were taken, that housekeeping was there to begin with, that multiple managers throughout the timeframe that we stayed and a full week later never contacted me. I asked for my bottoms to be found and returned or for them to credit me the amount I paid which I have an internet receipt of, still no contact which leaves me to write a review. Mistakes happen, maybe it was taken to laundry and lost (laundry is on site and supposedly searched) what's not a mistake is the multiple managers ignoring the situation.

Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect. I value the reviews and many of the reviews were negative. But, I decided to swim upstream and book. What a good decision. This place is AWESOME. Here are a list of things that I value about this place and they all start with the letter “C”. 1. It’s COOL - It sits in the midst of Urban diversity, which I love. I felt safe. 2. It’s COMPETITIVE - It’s freakin affordable. I prepaid and when I arrived I just had to cover incidentals with a small deposit. 3. It’s CLEAN - My room was very clean. 4. It’s CLOSE- I -395 is moments away, also this place is only 15 min away from DC and 20 min away fro National Harbor MD. 5. ITS CONVENIENT- You park right in front of your room (Which is free by the way) also, breakfast is included in a very nice, spacious dining room. Inside your room is a microwave and good size fridge. In the words of the Terminator (The 1984 version), I’ll be baaack. I know that’s overused, but it fit. ❤️

整体而言，Hotel Pentagon以合理的价格提供了舒适的住宿体验，虽然有些细节可以完善，但作为商务出行或旅游住宿的选择，依然具有不错的性价比。

我只能说很无语 我问前台工作人员要了牙刷和牙膏 第一天的牙膏里是空的，第二天去要 他们说昨天有 今天没有了。 另外房间里的空调五分钟会响两分钟来加热，我保证它加热的声音绝对比你家里的拖拉机引擎声响。冰箱的声音也是非常响，尽管我已经把它调到最低功率

优点：房间大、设备齐全：冰箱、浓缩咖啡机、微波炉、舒适的床上用品、安静、免费停车、毗邻巴士站（87 路或 84 路，每 30 分钟一班）、反应灵敏的工作人员、种类繁多的午餐（但没有华夫饼😋），有效的空调缺点：房间过时，非常潮湿（但该地区是！）而且我们必须早晚通风（没有打开的窗户），门开着，接待质量电视频道很差 结论：对于那些不寻找 3* 的人来说物有所值
