Nice and Clean
It’s a nice, comfortable place. Very clean. The issue I had was with the customer service. There’s a young lady who works the counter who needs to seriously work on her interpersonal communication skills. Manner’s go a long way

Our family stayed 4 days and every day was wonderful. The rooms are extremely clean! Great staff! Secure and clean pool area. The 24 hour coffee/latte station was an unexpected bonus! Will definitely return and highly recommend.

Spring Fling
I had requested a handicapped room when I made the reservation but they (the hotel) didn’t receive the request. When I ask for the handicapped room I was told that it wasn’t possible to change rooms. I asked that contact be made with the manager for a resolution which was accomplished and the change was made. This to me was such an unacceptable treatment for any guest and we will NOT make reservations at this hotel unless there is drastic changes made.
