Staff that checked me in was great. I dodnt interact with any other staff.
The breakfast needs improvement. Coffee was cold. The mattresses needs to be turned or replaced.
Other than that it was a quiet stay.

Well, first of all, everything was going fine. Until by accident, my girl don't you know they kept my deposit, because some of it got on the sheet, it didn't even go all the way through through the protector I was looking forward to that deposit, because that was my way home and so we had to end up walking all because I did not get my deposit back from them. Check in was good, basic service. Room was in an unusual location tucked on lower outside floor with an open fire hose panel next to it. Bed was comfortable, but the room had not been cleaned for cobwebs, dusting/cleaning of baseboards and corners. Shower and toilet clean and beds also seemed clean. It was for an overnight and we super tired.
