Check in was good, basic service. Room was in an unusual location tucked on lower outside floor with an open fire hose panel next to it. Bed was comfortable, but the room had not been cleaned for cobwebs, dusting/cleaning of baseboards and corners. Shower and toilet clean and beds also seemed clean. It was for an overnight and we super tired.

This hotel should be shut down. It’s awful, run down, dirty and unsafe. Nothing in this hotel matches the pictures presented or the description. It’s extremely loud, you feel like you’re sitting on the side of the freeway (even with your door closed and Tv on). I would rate it as zero stars if I could.

It's an older property, out dated, the staff was excellent, everyone around was nice. The pool was a little cloudy but the kids had fun swimming. Could definitely use some up grading

The staff wasn’t friendly nor courteous. We arrived late we kept hearing loud banging, hammering cutting as if they were under construction. Called the front desk an hour later called again by them it was 9:00pm. I told them to get it stopped or I would call the police after that it stopped. Breakfast consisted of cereal, bagels, waffles and coffee. that was all. It was very clean. beds were comfortable nice linens and towels. I liked that it had vinyl flooring. The room showed a lot of wear and tear.

At first there were no cars in lot and the lady at the front desk in a staunch way let me know under no circumstance was I permitted in my room before 4pm and it is now 9am
My flight got in at 6am. At 4pm the lady at the front desk was nicer and answered all questions but it was also check in time. They changed my towels daily which is great cause while showering the water gets all over the floor a lot. We bought our own toilet paper cause we were left with half a roll daily until the last day. we got an extra roll it must have been a different person and our beds were made nicely possibly even clean sheets. My roommate saw a big bug going across the ceiling I think it might have been a beetle they think it was a cockroach. I completely understand that in warmer climates they are like ants are to us in Idaho

Bad customer service
I choose I no smoking bedroom my fiance went to the balcony and smoke brought back the cigarette butt in the room and I got accused of smoking in the room just because they found a cigarette butt in the room
