I wanted to take a moment to recognize the staff that was working during my stay. The young lady with the curly hair, the lady with the longer darker hair, and the tall slim gentleman with the ginger-ish look were all amazing. Their customer service was warm, helpful, and made my stay very pleasant. The gentleman who lives on the property especially stands out—he is truly top-tier, and the young lady with the curly hair is as well. They really made me feel welcomed.
However, when I checked in Thursday night after 12 AM, the gentleman at the front desk at that time could benefit from a little more customer service training. He wasn’t rude, and I don’t want him to be reprimanded, but he came across a bit dry and didn’t provide some basic information—such as the Wi-Fi password or directions to the elevators. I’ve stayed here before, so I knew where to go, but I just want to point out that, as the person greeting guests, a warmer approach would make a big difference.
Overall, the service from the daytime staff was excellent and made my stay enjoyable. I hadn’t visited in a while due to a past experience with a previous cleaning staff member, but it seems that issue has been resolved, and I’m glad I gave the hotel another chance. You all really did a great job this time. Thank you.

I booked this hotel for my maid of honor and this turned out to be the worst experience she has ever had with a hotel. There was mold on the door and it covered the lamp shade. She brought it up to management after she checked, but she hadn't paid for the room and advised me of the situation. I called to try to get it comped or discounted, but never received a return call.

There were bugs and mold in the bathroom, and the bedding was stained. Checked in and checked back out an hour later and. Hotel will not refund the money because they said “it’s not that bad.” Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here.

We enjoyed the big room. The bathroom door didn't lock, a previous occupant had removed the smoke detector, and there was a leak in the breakfast nook that was apparently a problem from way back.

My room had an issue with the toilet being loose and the shower would not drain properly. Got switch to a different room but the same issue happened with the toilet
