Our room was very clean and updated. Front desk staff and breakfast attendant were very friendly and helpful. We will certainly stay here again.

Bad: When booking this hotel it stated there was an indoor pool which I was looking for but upon arrival there was a sign at the desk stating that the indoor pool was closed for winter. That upset me because I had 3 children looking forward to swimming in that pool. I questioned the clerk about this and she showed no care or concern for this. She offered nothing for this setback. I had paid for a room that I couldn't cancel and it did not deliver as presented. Good: The room had enough room for my family. The beds were comfortable. It had a mini fridge and a microwave. The hot breakfast was sufficient.

Exactly as the pictures suggest. Clean accommodations, comfortable beds, and a clean bathroom. Breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a good variety and friendly staff. I would definitely return.

Restroom door makes noise. Take about 10 minutes to get hot water. Front deck lady and breakfast lady are nice.

This hotel has excellent rooms with a lot of space and a living area. Great if you are staying for several days. Good breakfast, courteous staff, and great location.

Well the ac didn’t work, but the boys were already tucked in and sleeping by the time re realized, front desk found me a fan for the win! The stay was a stay. But I appreciate the little things like that more then anything else

MOLD! This was one of my worst hotel experiences. We stopped overnight on a long trip with 4 kids. Upon check in we were told that the pool was closed for the season - the INDOOR pool. The person who checked is in even said "a lot of people get upset about it" we walked into the room and it smelled so badly like a wet Michigan basement. We tried to set up the pull out couch and noticed a large area of mold on the underside of mattress support. So we were switched to another room. The smell was exactly the same. There was no immediately visible mold, just nasty mattress stains. The bathroom had one shampoo, no soap or other toiletries, no tissue. Un-caulked shower fixtures and someones razor cover left behind. There was also a large greasy finger smudge on the window. We should have just left. By morning all the kids were sniffling and clearing their throats. No idea if we will get any refund or compensation.
