This room I'm in has mold and no one cares here. Spotty wifi and no water pressure in the shower. We couldn't believe that for 400$ a week there were public hairs in the sheets several times and all around the beds. The front desk people are not helpful and are just ok with standing around doing nothing. I hope the guy running this place makes some changes, because as it stands they're robbing people.

Mold, poor water pressure, and cleanliness issues like hair in the sheets should never be overlooked in any accommodation. The lack of support from the front desk staff only makes matters worse. It's unfortunate that you had to deal with all of that. I agree, if the management doesn't make some serious changes, they're doing a disservice to their guests. I hope they address these issues soon, as no one should have to deal with such poor conditions.

This appears to be a higher end hotel from roughly the 1980s that has been brought back as a extremely nice hotel. Staff was very accommodating. The reason I brought up the older part, as the site had two restaurants on site that were closed and a conference room. Stayed in a ADA compliant room, with a walk in shower, a lower height bed for the handicapped, great room for wheel chairs, walkers (which my elderly mother had). Only things that I could fault was dim foyer as I went into the room (had to find a light switch that someone had turned off on the wall, not allowing the switch on the door to work when first came in room).as I rather lights when I walk in. And a towel bar that is above the sink that pulled out slightly if towel yanked by a handicapped person. But other than that, and hearing airport traffic, it's across Kellogg and down the street from many national chains and regional/local fare.

I would of put Zero stars but i had to select 1 star to post this review! NEVER in your life stay at this nasty hotel. I stayed in room 112 it was black mold in the bathroom ceiling. It was so disgusting. Do NOT BELIEVE any amenities they have on their website. Everything was abandoned and closed. The 1st red flag we noticed. What was more disturbing and disgusting is our checkout! This hotel has a list of rules mainly about not smoking or tampering with the smoke detector or staining the linen. NO RULES ABOOUT YOUR TRASH! This skinny long frog with glasses front desk says our room smells like Febreze of course it does my husband is a truck driver his clothes stink! Then he claims while weighing 84 pounds he was a truck driver before THATS A LIE! So now I'm like give me my deposit! He refuses to give me the deposit. Now i am upset i ask this frog to come back to the room and prove what you are saying is true because WE NEVER SMOKED IN THE ROOM. He says our trash has tobacco in it. So he says he has 3 people confirming we smoked in the room. The room was clean and smokeless it was no reason to take our money these Indians are scammers. They are taking advantage of travelers!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. I also contact ICE and the Police department of Wichita to file a police report theft by taking. BEWARE!!! Will never recommend this place!!

Uncaring managers. At first we were going to stay several days, because of price and comfy mattresses. Property is being upgraded -- created a HUGE gap 1 1/2 " under the door between an adjoining room with LOUD senior couple who shouted while conversing. Top that off , in the AM louder as they packed up for an hour. Complained to manager when they arrived to notify of the noise and gap. Just shrugged at me. We put a towel down, but didnt help much. ++Served yesterdays coffee, cigarette butts EVERYWHERE, NO ashtrays outside ?? and peeling paint. 2/1/23
