I arrived in Bemidji an hour before check in time. I stopped at the hotel to alert them I was in town and that I'd be checking in after eating at a nearby establishment. After going to a local restaurant for over an hour, I returned to the hotel for check in.
Upon walking into the hotel lobby, I noticed another couple standing at the front desk talking to the staff. When the other couple further into the lobby area, I approached the front desk.
I said "I'm hoping to check in". to which the desk agent screamed at me and exited into a nearby office when he slammed the door.

Common areas and hallways were outdated. Mold in shower. Hot tub was not working. We arrived over an hour after checkin time and still had to wait another hour for our room to be cleaned.

This property was very close to where my appointment was, it made it so convenient for us.
The air conditioner didn’t work very well and was terribly loud for sleeping.

The state was really nice, but ******* robbed me. They charged me $100 more than the actual say and then told me they got me the best possible price I received the receipt from the hotel which was $100 cheaper than what ******* charged me and then ******* refused to provide a refund.

Our stay at the Best Western in Bemidji, MN was just great! Stephanie was wonderful and the room was perfect.

The only positive thing I can say is that when we checked in the only room on the ground floor they had left was a room that pets had stayed and the front desk lady let us see it first. We did find 2 spiders in the bathroom and the air conditioner was very loud. Breakfast is all carbs. But if you just need a bed for sleeping it works.

We thought the room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and not overly warm but a nice temperature. The hot tub was great. Overall great experience. I only wish the pool opened earlier so we could have gotten a swim in before our checkout time.

Efficient check-in. Updated modern style decor in rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. A staff member named Will was seemed particularly hard working and other guests at the hotel also commented on his resolving an issue for them quickly. Hot tub and pool were in good working condition.
