I paid extra for a room with a jetted tub due to sciatica. The water temp was lukewarm at best and zero water pressure filling up the tub. It took 20 mins to get the water level above the jets

Not as clean as it should have been. The chair was stained and kinda gross.

The parking lot lights shined directly into the window and no matter what I tried could not adequately block the light.

Conveniently located hotel and clean room, very friendly folks at the front desk and housekeeping. Appreciate them.

I feel the sound insulation between rooms needs to be addressed seriously. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and I could hear people talking disturbingly loud after midnight.

At breakfast, what was supposed to be scrambled eggs did look like that and didn’t taste like eggs either. That was the first time ever, I couldn’t eat “scrambled eggs” at all; although, it’s what I always have in the mornings almost at all hotels as in U.S., so as abroad. Maybe, it was not my lucky day for that at BW in Gas City. ;)

I wish the hotel to closely look into quality and variety of breakfast.

Front desk gals were cheerful and friendly.

However, the management has cut corners- no daily room service, not super clean (hair on floor, stopped up sink), bed mattress super old and saggy. Sad. With a few raised standards, this would be an excellent place, as the employees are seemingly quite ready to jump higher!
