For the cost, the room was not that clean, the furniture was outdated and not comfortable especially the bed. The amenities were lacking.

They could t make us a room key when we checked in due to someone having the key to the key maker. Room was sour smelling. Bathroom was just generally gross with little black curly hair on doorframe

Kind of sketchy looking. Inside and out. The front desk employee didn’t even ask for identification when we checked in (we prepaid online). I’ve never had that happen before!

洗衣机坏了,洗衣房里有蟑螂,洗衣房也很脏,甚至都没洗我的衣服🤔我们已经要求前台派人来打扫房间了,但他们根本没派人来打扫?我的意思是,服务有那么差吗?早餐也太难吃了,我的意思是,你们的早餐怎么能这么难吃。怎么只有华夫饼好吃?说实话,为什么要花那么多钱买这么差的服务!???去
这是一家汽车旅馆。
我把车停在酒店门口,却没意识到这其实是一家汽车旅馆。如果不是我一个人旅行,这应该还好。我的房间其实在酒店区域内,所以我倒没太担心。但我那层楼的制冰机就在我房间门外。声音很大,很烦人。走进房间,虽然很干净,但又旧又脏。淋浴间里有污渍,枕头很廉价。最后我离开了,甚至都没打开行李。
不喜欢——房间入口处很脏——房间的第一印象。没有游泳池,尽管广告上说有游泳池——游泳池附近的架子上放着毛巾,尽管我们被告知游泳池自疫情爆发以来就没有开放过。房间里没有杯子和椅子。不得不拉出床头柜才能插上手机,而且床头柜下面很脏。淋浴间的设计是水流到更衣区,我们不得不用毛巾擦干水,结果毛巾不够用了。我永远不会推荐佐治亚州雅典的贝斯特韦斯特酒店。
