Great view of ocean, stay here every time I come to New Smyrna. Unfortunately it’s great location for a corporate hotel more concerned with rates and what you owe vs. coustmer service. This year they have decided to charge you for parking (big sign at check in) and forgot to tell u ice machine is out on your floor and where to get it!

Fees are required for the upkeep of the parking areas. Charges are typically kept separate from the room fees, as only some people who stay at the hotel have a car. It was okay except for construction on Saturday nothing was posted it last for hours had to leave the room.

The staff was friendly and the view was great, but this place is in real bad shape. The floors were dirty and the rooms are in a serious need of an upgrade. There was a kitchenette but the cabinets had nothing inside them. The exterior walls on our balcony had gaping holes in it. The entire building, from the lobby to the halls to the room, wreaked of cigarette smoke. I stayed here 10 years ago for a wedding and it was great, so I didn’t think twice to book again. This time around I paid nearly $400 a night after taxes and fees for a one star experience. Truly disappointing.

Room and hotel clean. Particularly liked the hard floors in hallway. Staff was nice. View was beautiful from both balconies. Quiet with a great location.
Building could use some updating, but definitely worth the price and would stay again.

The front desk gentleman was not the friendliest felt he didn’t like speaking cordial to women but was nice to my husband but all other staff amazing room clean

位置非常好，可以直接去海滩。泳池开放，停车也算方便。有几个缺点是酒店内不允许吸烟，而且可以带狗入住，所以有时候会闻到脏狗湿狗的味道，不太好闻。
房间和位置都不错，但前台服务不太好。前台员工看起来很不高兴，也帮不上忙。
