The motel beat my expectations. It was clean, the staff were awesome, and they had real eggs at breakfast.

Great location in Beaver. The hotel has character and generally has been kept up over the years. Inn sent several text messages regarding booking and check in. Room was spacious with many lamps that have plugs at base, large closet, refrigerator (w/ freezer), desk and reading chair. Bathroom was bright and well layed out. Unfortunately, the sink p-trap was clogged (which I cleaned out). The king bed was comfortable but didn't have a top sheet. Buffet breakfast was great with many hot (oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles) and cold selections, fruit, coffee and juice.

The city was doing an electrical check and we were told by night clerk would only be an hour. Electricity went off at midnight and didn’t come back on until 5am. Room was hot and miserable packed up and left just as power was coming on and when checking our morning clerk said tests are always 4 to 6 hours long thank goodness no one needed cpac

The overnight utility shutoff was part of a city-mandated electrical inspection, and unfortunately we have no control over when or how long these outages occur. We were originally informed it would be brief, but it extended much longer than expected, which was frustrating for both our guests and our staff. We’re truly sorry for the discomfort this caused during your stay and appreciate your understanding as we navigate situations outside of our control.

The first room we got the smoke alarm was chirping, bathroom had hair and publics all over and hair on pillows. Was given another room and there was a used tube of toothpaste laying next to bed. Paying a $177 for a room is expensive and too expensive for dirty rooms

Of the 4 locations I stayed, this was probably the nicest location for a place located in the middle of no where Utah. The only complaint was how tiny the shower was. It seemed well enough built internally and externally, the staff was prompt, the breakfast was a hotel breakfast. Nothing fancy across the board, but that's all a hotel is right? A place to stay for a night before heading to the next destination. Acceptable location to stay.

Room very small. Conditions were very dirty. Plaster coming off walls. Plugs for charging phones on lamps didn’t work. No plastic cover for ice container. Shower head loose coming out of wall. Dirty carpet. Dismal room. Would not have stayed there, but for having booked thru *******☹️
