I was VERY impressed by this location. I don't like to travel far away from home, because of the horror stories of the hotel happenings. But let me just say, upon entering the building, it was very clean. The staff was extremely professional, polite and helpful. My room was very clean. The grounds were kept very nice. Parking was amazing. I am VERY pleased and I will choose this place over and over again. I've already recommended this location to some friends who should be coming to the area next month. Thank you all, for making my stay so pleasant. I appreciate you all. 💜

Decent, okay for the price point.

Just okay, area around the place is run-down. Hotel is showing age, smelled like pot in many areas, elevator smelled like old oil and rubber, very unpleasant. Bathroom in lobby was not clean. Room itself was clean and pleasant, staff was nice. Overall average stay for the money, neighborhood was a little rough. Swimming pool was clean and enjoyable.

Overall property was good,service was good, breakfast was 3 out of 5 stars. carpet and bathroom floor could have been cleaner and better kept. There was no working lighting around pool area or in the pool .

Absolutely DO NOT recommend this property. It was a horrible experience starting when we checked in. The guy working the front desk had my reservation confused with another one. Took forever to check in. I asked for bottom floor a week in advance and they wouldn’t do that. The first room they put us in was hot and the AC wasn’t working. After adjusting the thermostat, we called the front desk and asked for a new room because it wasn’t working. He said he would come up and take a look at. He adjusted JUST LIKE WE DID, and said he would come back in an hour to see if that worked. So for the meantime we had to suffer for that hour. The temp got up to 77 degrees in there during that time. Another guy came up and asked me to go look at a different room. The other room was so much cooler. He then went on to say that the thermostat temps are incorrect. Lie but okay. I said can we have this room please and he said it’s the same as the other room “look feel the air coming out”. It took an act of congress to get him to let us switch to that other room. Then we were having dinner in the lobby and my finance asked if they could turn the tv on in there and they refused. Another night we were all outside and my fiance and the kids were playing with toys and one of the people working the front desk came outside and said they weren’t allowed to play out there. Every single staff member was rude. I will never stay here again.

Needs some help

Friday night check in….8:30pm, waited at front desk for over 10 min for someone to show up, when they finally did it was clear they could care less about their job. Saturday morning “automatic” coffee machine did not work, I’ll just stop there.

We will find other options to stay for sure next time we are in the area.
