They do not have an elevator! We were the second floor 2 flight of steps. For my wife and I this was a challenge. 74 years of age bad knees and all that goes with old age. Breakfast was good. Powdered Eggs but waffle mix was great. Be sure to use 2 cups. They kept running out of items other items.

I love the hotel and the amenities. The staff was super helpful when ******* had not sent their confirmation of my reservation. The only issue that I had with the stay is *******. The hotel is fabulous

The room was clean. It just needed some repairs. The shower faucet didn’t work properly and the air conditioner unit made quite a bit of noise. They were people next door smoking cigarettes and **** outside our door. Although I said something nothing was done.

The staff was very helpful and moved us to a room with grab bars for the tub/shower when my wife had concerns about falling when trying to get in or out of the shower. This was the third time we have stayed at this property and have always had a pleasant experience.

Don't stay in a street facing room
Room cleanliness was ok. Breakfast was the typical cheap hotel free fare. Staff was friendly. The water in the shower was plumbed backwards; cold left and hot right. The room faced the street and there was a LOT of big truck noise. It was also an adjoining room with a gap under the door and my neighbors were talking very loud until after 1:00 AM.

Service & Breakfast is great. The room very clean. The a/c was a little noisy and we had no shower curtain on the tub so it made a slippery mess when we showered.

Clean and Great Location!
Hotel was in a great convenient location. Room was modern and very clean. Breakfast was great and the staff that morning were very friendly. Pool was pretty nice too. Only complaint is the woman who checked us in was not the least bit friendly. I was glad there was a shift change because the ladies the next day were great!

A/c compressor sounded like a thrashing machine, safety latch on door completely broken, bathroom sink stopper broken, bathroom door hinges need replaced, toilet ran all night, refrigerator very noisy. Bedding clean and comfortable, plenty of clean towels.
