I booked my room in advance,however I couldn't get in until 3pm! When check-out time is 11am! I didn't like that at all.

Nice hotel to stay when in Jacksonville, quiet and good location. Had friends stay at a different hotel nearby and they complain about the noise and thin walls hearing everything.

We didn't spend much time at hotel. Just needed a place to sleep a few hours. Bed was very firm. Everything else was ok, nothing bad, nothing wonderful. Decent price.

I stayed because my son goes to College in town. Front desk manager is wonderful and very helpful!
The hotel is nice and convenient. Breakfast is average for a 3 star, But They need to shampoo or get new carpet. Very dirty and stained in rooms and hallway.
My only complaint.

The hotel was in a good location and the check in process was good. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and overall the hotel was very good for the price.

It was ok. The carpets were badly stained and need replaced. We didn’t walk on it without shoes or slippers. The bathroom was REALLY small. Barely any room between the toilet and shower.
