My room wasn't cleaned to the best at arrival. There was hair around the bottom of the toilet and in the drain and the bathroom floor hadnt been property mopped. Everything else looked and felt clean for the most part. Some dusting was needed and the carpets are sticky but what can you expect. The front desk staff was AMAZING. I'm so upset that I didn't get the younger girls name who checked me in. She's so personable and kind. All the ladies were very kind and I have had no issues so far with billing!

I asked for a do not disturb sign 2 times was told wouldn’t be disturbed or no person would enter to clean room, well that wasn’t the case they still entered and still disturbed me. I expect if someone tells me you don’t need that door sign and I have been put on a do not enter room list they adhere by that.

Phone didn’t work and the room wasn't cleaned as i would like, we even had a dirty blanket.

there were mosquitoes and gnats in our room. It just felt nasty in the room..Very old and needs updated in many areas. I will never stay at this Best Western and will be skeptical of all/any Best Westerns now.

This place was horrible! First, i arrive to check in and off the bat i get charged an incidental fee if 100 dollars which could have known about before! So i paid it and then i was told that the money would be put back on my debit card in approximately 2 weeks! Not acceptable! It didn't take 2 weeks to charge! So i get to the room and there a no pillows! Then the television was so low i couldn't hear it! I go to the bathroom and there isnt any toilet paper! I was so disappointed with the entire situation! Not to mention, that it was 110 dollars to stay in such a 3rd rate motel! Never again!

Centrally and conveniently located, property is quiet and well kept. Check in and checkout was seamless. Prices were very affordable and with a complimentary breakfast to boot. An excellent choice for lodging.
