Staff was friendly and professional. Always a pleasure staying here. My only dissatisfaction was the blankets were super thin. But I do travel with my own normally but not this trip.

The room itself was OK. The problem was the cost. Almost $300 a night for a room that should cost, for the location and niceness, 1/3 of that.

The room smelled horrible, the front desk was rude at check in, we killed 10 bugs (German Roach and some other weird bug), they did not give us clean towels on day 2, and top to it off housekeeping was so loud talking in the hallway it woke up or kid. We will never stay there again.

Bathtub was not cleaned properly, the LVP on the floor was coming up, area outside was not very clean. Walls are thin. Not what I expected for a Country Inn and Suites.

Location, out in an industrial remote area next to a sketchy bar/liquor store that was full of cars. We ended not staying there as my husband did not feel safe.

It was okay. 50/50 if we would stay again. Apoeared they were in the middle of some renovations. Our initial room had construction tools still inside. Our second roomhad a weird smell. We think it was the bedding. Need to upgrade the AC unit. The staff were very nice and helpful. The dinner recommendation of Lindy's Chicken was incredible.

The staff were friendly at the property. The beds were clean. But the bathroom cleanliness was just ok with alot of mold in the ceiling, very dirty baseboards, and the roach problem was terrible. I took pictures of the dead roach bodies when we first arrived. And we started to see several live ones as we continued our stay. It was a very busy weekend with homecoming so options to swap hotels or rooms were slim on this particular weekend.
The staff offered a partial refund, waiting on manager approval. Will update later if that goes through.
