这家酒店太糟糕了！走廊有异味，床硬得像石头一样，睡起来非常不舒服。厕所冲水不畅。浴缸下水也堵塞了，排水管需要清理。我们洗澡的时候，竟然从排水口冒出了别人的头发，我知道那是非洲裔的头发，因为我不是（下面有照片为证），地上还有很多没扫干净的头发。我们刚进房间的时候，只有半卷卫生纸，没有多的了。我们不得不要求送两次卫生纸，因为他们每次只给一小卷，而且有一次我们打了两次电话他们才送过来。我们入住的第一个早上，在出门前我们告诉酒店，我们住期间不需要任何客房服务，不希望任何人进入我们的房间，如果需要毛巾我们会自己去拿。之后我们就去参加葬礼了，等我们回来的时候，他们不仅进了我们的房间，还拿走了我们所有的脏毛巾，包括浴垫，却没有留下干净的毛巾，垃圾也没有清理，床也没有铺。感觉他们进来就是为了窥探，非常奇怪。这是我有史以来最糟糕的酒店住宿体验，千万不要浪费钱住这里，你会后悔的，而且还不能退款！！！

Pillowcases and sheets were dirty. Towels and was cloths were stained. Shampoo was half empty, ice from the ice machine had slim in it. Breakfast was only waffles and there was nothing set out for it like syrup butter etc. I will say, customer service for the night person was great. The check in guy never smiled, but he wasn't rude either. I stayed because I bring a comforter set/towel everywhere I stay.

My only issue was that it was hard to find the right spot on the shower thing to know where the hat water was, otherwise, the price was very reasonable, and a good location. rooms were nice and clean.
