The frint desk associate was amzing for our check in. I believe it was Tyler. He is aqesome.

We were gone for the day and when we came back to the hotel in the evening it hadn't been cleaned. Front desk staff was fine and the ladies in the dining room were excellent

When I inquired about this hotel, it was for July 26th. The booking came through for Aug 26 and I did not notice it. I stayed at the hotel ( and paid) on July 26 and tried twice to cancel the Aug 26 booking. Neither the hotel or ******* responded I will limit my use of ******* in the future.

Check in was at 3. We arrived at 4:30 our room wasn't ready. They told us it would be readyby 5. Left and came back at 5:10. Still not ready. Was told they were checking on it it was probably clean just not in system. Told them to call me when it was ready. Well came back at 6 and finally got a room. Was highly disappointed with the room. Dirty carpet lots of stains. Dusty tabels. Just not impressed with the hotel.

Loved the location and it was on the river. Great views. And lithe opinions of places to eat were near by the hotel too. The breakfast was very convenient and easy to get around of where it was located
The property was extremely clean. And Will g inside You felt a warm welcome. The people at the desk deserves some much needed appreciation for all there help to making the check in so easy and all.

Great View. Fine stay.
Our view was fabulous from our small but cute balcony. The bed was really comfortable. The sheets were very warm, definitely not cotton. The location was nice, very walkable, and vlose to water.

The best place to stay in Oswego
Great location with rooms with a ball overlooking the river. The staff is friendly and the breakfast has a great selection for all.

房间干净，床很舒服，接待人员也很热情……然而……就在我早上洗澡的时候，水突然全部断了。我们打电话过去，他们说是维修问题，不知道是什么问题，也不知道什么时候能解决。于是我们收拾行李就退房了（我的头发上沾满了洗发水）。当问到是否会补偿不便时，服务员说可以延迟退房。我们离开前根本没人打电话通知我们……
非常酒店，我们在房间外待了 2 个多小时，因为钥匙不能用，他们告诉我们，或者我们唯一能做的就是打电话看看他们是否可以修理它，我的丈夫要求换一个房间，他们非常想要，房间不干净，我们不得不修理厨房里的东西，没有大蒜，什么也没有，我们搬到了另一家非常非常好的酒店，他们非常友好，我永远不会回到那家酒店，我预订它是为了河景，这是它唯一的好处
