Everybody on the staff was wonderful! My mom was in the hospital during my stay and they were all extremely caring and compassionate! Sam, the manager, is so kind and took time to talk to me and help in every way possible. Michele and Joanne were very kind and wonderful too. ❤️
The coffee is amazing and you can have just about anything you want for breakfast. They have it all!

We were gone for the day and when we came back to the hotel in the evening it hadn't been cleaned. Front desk staff was fine and the ladies in the dining room were excellent

房间干净，床很舒服，接待人员也很热情……然而……就在我早上洗澡的时候，水突然全部断了。我们打电话过去，他们说是维修问题，不知道是什么问题，也不知道什么时候能解决。于是我们收拾行李就退房了（我的头发上沾满了洗发水）。当问到是否会补偿不便时，服务员说可以延迟退房。我们离开前根本没人打电话通知我们……
非常酒店，我们在房间外待了 2 个多小时，因为钥匙不能用，他们告诉我们，或者我们唯一能做的就是打电话看看他们是否可以修理它，我的丈夫要求换一个房间，他们非常想要，房间不干净，我们不得不修理厨房里的东西，没有大蒜，什么也没有，我们搬到了另一家非常非常好的酒店，他们非常友好，我永远不会回到那家酒店，我预订它是为了河景，这是它唯一的好处
酒店门前就有停车场，非常方便。河景令人心旷神怡。
泳池、按摩浴缸、桑拿房和蒸汽房都很干净。早餐种类有限，健康食品选择不多。
