When we entered the room it had a musty smell it wasn't pleasant. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the ac was great.

The reception people were very friendly. The breakfast area was poorly overseen because the tables weren’t cleaned as guests finished and we had to go to reception to ask for pepper.
I liked that the lobby had a machine that you could get all kinds of coffee or lattes 24/7 at no charge.

The staff member who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Amenities included a Keurig type coffeemaker, which was preferrable for us. All hotels should go this route! Beds were comfortable and A/C was good, even with the extreme heat. This will be our go-to hotel stop during future trips through Wichita Falls, TX

The carpet was wet from the air conditioner leaking, there was about a two inch gap under the door you could literally see in and out of the room, the tv had very few channels, the bathroom didn’t even feel clean enough to shower, there was very little lighting, I slept on top of the covers just in case!

酒店回复: These were put in with good thought, but are not practical! When the bathroom door is open, it stops the main door from being open, so the bathroom door mostly stays closed, hence why they put them on the outside!
酒店虽然离市中心有点远，但周围有大型超市和餐馆，步行即可到达。
房间很干净整洁，前台工作人员也很友善。
遗憾的是，淋浴水温不够热。
毛巾很充足，床也睡得很舒服，总体住得很愉快。
早餐种类感觉比其他华美达酒店要少。
