酒店回复: I am very sorry this happened. We had a new front desk agent on, and I believe he was confused. This will be used as a training example of what we do not do. I should have been called by the staff member, and I would have resolved the issue. I am very sorry. This is not how we treat our guests. Please give me a call to discuss this further.
干净整洁，服务周到。
我们被安排在二楼的房间，但我丈夫行动不便，房间没有电梯。工作人员非常热情，帮我们换到了一楼的房间。还好有空房。房间很干净，但设施略显陈旧，而且很吵。免费提供的沐浴露和洗发水的容器都是空的。
按摩浴缸超级老旧、脏兮兮的。我们根本没试过，他们的广告里说的根本不是这个。浴缸的水龙头把手松了，而且非常老旧。浴室天花板上的瓷砖都快掉下来了。电视根本就调不了台，所以我们也没电视。
当我去办理入住手续时，那里一股臭味，我们的房间里充满了可怕的香烟味，绝对不会再住在那里，但是，为我们办理入住手续的人非常友好和礼貌。
舒适且价格合理
我们之前住过这里。房间干净舒适。员工友好且乐于助人。地理位置优越，靠近餐饮和购物场所。
遥控器坏了。房间没有打扫。很多物品和电器在免费早餐中都没有。贝斯特韦斯特把经济型酒店的水平拉低到了新低。
从前台到维修人员，工作人员对我们都非常友好，房间非常宽敞舒适
