Room was cool. However, there was a problem with the elevators and had to climb 4 floors for the 2 days we were there. The Mgr did not want to compensate at least 1 day. I will not be returning. He did not compensate because I went through a 3rd party booking .

The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast personnel were on top of keeping the hot food containers supplied. The breakfast was wonderful. The beverage machine was over the top.

The room had a very nice Scandinavian Design.
The only drawback was rhe elevator did not work . Glad I was on the 2nd floor

Nice place, location, and price compared to other places in the area. Elevator was broken, water in shower wasn’t very hot. One employee was sitting in the lobby playing on his phone with one hand, digging in his toes with the other! I’d probably stay again but they might want to tighten up because it isn’t a bad hotel.

I was in town for a wedding and so glad I booked here! The front desk staff was nice and helpful, the property itself was well-kept and the room was very nice and CLEAN! As a female solo traveler, I felt safe during the entire stay. 10/10, would definitely book again.

Everything was good, except no towel racks in the restroom and a partial shower door. I would have given excellent were it not for those items, but they are enough to make me NOT return unless there is no other option
