We booked and paid for this hotel a while ago. Everything was closed when we finally arrived after a long flight.
The hotel was closed for renovations.
We got no message about this and had to find a new hotel in the middle of the night.
This was very disappointing.
Thankfully ********** fixed a refund in a short time.

The 1st Room That We Were Given Had a Stale, Musty Smell to It. I Pointed It Out to Staff, and Was Moved to Another Room.
2nd Room Was Better. Door Handles and Locks Need Redesigning, too Easy For a Toddler to Slip Out of Room.

Sheets had stains, carpet right next to bed looked blood stained. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and the sink took forever to drain ….if I wasn’t exhausted from traveling all day I would have requested another room.

Room smelled like an ashtray. I had to sign that I would not smoke in the room, yet it reeked of cigarettes, had burn marks in the chair, the dresser, and several on the bathroom sink. The bathroom door was all beat up and wouldn't close properly. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and mold. My pillowcase was dirty so I slept without one! The place is disgusting.

There were two holes in the blanket in our room. There were stains on the chair in the room. Breakfast only included small muffins, juice, and coffee
It should be labeled as Continental. The soap was limited to one small tube enough for one shower not two. No shampoo or conditioner was available.

The bedding were dirty and had spots on them. The vents made noise it was hard to sleep.
