Great staff, very friendly. Clean room, needs a little dusting around the bed frames. but overall smelled great. I would stay again. Breakfast was great! Kids loved the waffles.

Staff was friendly, room was amazing and over the top for what i am accustomed to. The breakfast was delicious too. Everything was clean and worked good and proper. Will stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Best Western Premier Crow Chase Inn & Suites. This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The suite was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and the ambiance that this hotel provides its guests. All staff, especially Deja, were friendly and so helpful. See you again in the near future!

房间宽大，酒店位置绝佳，周围有很多餐厅，早餐也很丰盛，大堂也有零食和速食可以买来吃，但唯独就是感觉酒店比较老了，房间内空气有点闷，通风不是很好。
工作人员很友好。酒店很干净。
员工态度友善，无可挑剔。主要问题是窗户密封不严或者有缝隙，所以只要一刮风就会发出极其响亮的啸叫声。这声音比空调还大，真是令人难以置信。根本无法入睡。四晚住宿中，有三晚都是如此，而且整晚断断续续地响个不停。水槽也堵塞了。总而言之，这是一次非常糟糕的体验。
工作人员态度极其恶劣，无法回答我们这个来城里参加婚礼的大团体提出的提前入住问题，也无法提供一致的信息。房间条件差劲，每晚却要300美元。浴室水槽的填缝剂似乎刚打过，但根本粘不住，水槽在台面上晃动。更糟糕的是，水龙头明显坏了，只用一块金属片裹着锡箔纸勉强凑合着。千万别浪费时间和金钱来这里。
