This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was dirty, the floor was sticky, every corner of this room was dirty and full of bugs. They only gave us two towels when we had 4 people and if you ask for more towels they ask you to return the existing ones. Absolutely horrendous stay and they charged us $500 per night because it was family weekend. Total rip off!

Would stay again
Clean, comfortable room and the service was friendly. Wifi was terrible. In fact, it didn't work. That was my only issue.

The lady who checked us in at the front desk greeted us immediately, with a smile, and was very pleasant during the check in process. she was also funny. great front desk experience.

I found insects in the bathtub. There was no hot water and when we told the front desk, they told us they couldn't fix it until Monday. I was moving my kids so we arrived at the property at aroubd midnight, there was a man sitting outside his room smoking and drinking and talking loud. I was w my mother and sister and it was pretty scary. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The room was not clean, ceiling had dust from the ac, hair was left behind in the shower, toilet lever was stuck after flushing we had to manually lift the top to fix it, it was filthy! Carpet felt wet and sticky, thank goodness I kept my shoes on at all times and came with my own blanket!
