The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, didn't charge us for early check-in in and we had arrived ahead of schedule. The breakfast was very nice, a lot of good options and everything looked fresh. Coffee machine made terrible lattes though.

Generally clean. Definitely not worth the money. Manhattan prices for dated low amenities. Musty smells throughout the property. Will not stay there again.

Recent stay.
When I checked in on Saturday, I was told the electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work, but the others in the room did. I was told it would be corrected. On Sunday morning when I left my room, I told the front desk that the bathroom sink also was not draining and needed to be fixed. I was told it would be worked on. Later in the day on Sunday, I received a phone call that they were unable to fix the outlet and were working on the sink. I was offered to move to another room. I declined because I thought I w I would simply continue to use an outlet in the main room and at the sink would be fixed. On Monday morning when I was using the bathroom, no water was running and all of a sudden the sink started filling up from the bottom air was bubbling up into the sink. It would not drain and the sink was filling very quickly. I waited and waited, trying to see if it would drain. it finally stopped bubbling and having water come up through the drain when the water was within an inch from the top. It finally did drain out and then after that, the sink seemed to work the tub seemed to work and the toilet worked. I did take a shower when I opened up one of the clean towels long black hair fell out of the towel. I actually collected it on a tissue and put it in the garbage. I reported all this to the main desk and told them that I thought I should receive some sort of discount for the room or a free night stay or something and the gentleman at the desk apologize for the inconvenience

房间和浴室都很宽敞，床也很干净，一切都是新的。唯一需要改进的是早餐，味道很差，选择也很少。
