糟糕

入住花了 40 多分钟，因为他们很难找到一间“干净”的空房间，尽管酒店没有满员，而且我们已经付了钱。另一位客人拿到了我们房间的钥匙，试图在我们睡觉时进入。凌晨 1 点，火警无缘无故响了 30 分钟。

我们的“无烟”房间窗户旁边放着烟头，所有表面都很脏，很粘，浴室和浴室毛巾上到处都是小卷发。床单、墙壁、窗帘和地板上都有污渍。踢脚板很脏，从墙上脱落。

钥匙卡只在某些入口处有效。所有楼梯间都有垃圾和难闻的气味。

只留下 2 星，而不是 1 星，因为为我们办理入住手续的女士很友善，并对冗长的入住时间表示歉意。

说说哪里没出问题会更容易些。我们一走进大厅，就闻到一股难闻的香烟味，而此时附近没有人吸烟。大厅的椅子上还有一碗吃了一半的干麦片。两个 FDA 都不错，但我们最初遇到的问题是我们房间钥匙不能用（我们的房间在大楼的另一边），他们修好了。我们走进房间，发现房间简直是一场灾难。两张大床都没整理，灯亮着，浴室门开着，灯和风扇都开着。就好像有人从床上滚下来离开了。经过 3 个小时的车程，在阳光下晒了 16 个小时，我们觉得这次住宿不会很干净，选择回家，因为接待太差了。他们提出给我们换一间新房间，但我们拒绝了，开车 3 个小时回家，没有收费。虽然很有礼貌，但没有人对此表示歉意，甚至连 FDA 的两位代表都没有，更重要的是，第二天早上我不得不与经理打交道，以解决退款问题。他跟我说话的语气好像一切都是我们的错，这对他来说是一个很大的不便，并且尽可能少地对这个问题一字不差地说“是的，很抱歉”。所以看起来这种情况在过去发生过，而且还会继续发生。我从来没有遇到过经营不善的酒店和糟糕的经理。我们再也不会考虑回来了。如果可以的话，帮自己一个忙，去别的地方吧。

这是我们住过的最差的酒店。我们三天都没有热水。星期三早上，当我起床洗澡准备接受透析治疗时，没有水。水已经完全关闭，不利于保持出入区域的清洁。回来后，我们被告知热水器正在维修，傍晚会打开。那天晚上晚些时候我们回来时，热水器并没有打开。不用说，那并没有发生。我再也不会住在那里，也不推荐别人住在那里。这家酒店需要彻底翻新，老板应该关心人们的住宿条件，而不仅仅是钱。

Room was not fit to stay in(bed bugs, filthy bathroom, moldy smell. Was in town one night due my mother’s wedding. Bc it’s summer and stayed in Sat night, no other hotels had available rooms, so that we could leave. Switched first room bc of bed bugs, second room had no bed bugs, but bedding not the cleanest and bath so dirty had to leave without a shower. Now I can’t get a refund for the $179 its cost. Expects is supposed to be contacting me regarding stay/refund

This is probably top 2 worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life

The smell of illicit smoke as I walk into the hotel area was ridiculous

Then we get to our room which I specified to be non smoking and the disgusting smell of cigarettes as you enter ,had me coughing all night. I’ll be at a walk-in today if it doesn’t stop. We have stayed at numerous best westerns over the past 10 years or so. Hardly ever a problem . Even if it was a so so stay

. But I felt the need to write a review about how awful this place smelled. . In hopes that other people don’t have a bad experience like we did

Even my wife who is an ex smoker said it was so gross in that room.

Please don’t let this fall on deaf ears . This makes me not wanna ever stay at another best western ever again. I never ask for a refund , but I would be disappointed if we weren’t refunded for this

Stated here a second time with my family for a lacrosse tournament. The hotel smells like cigarette smoke and the room was not very clean. The staff was friendly but the hotel itself needs to be refreshed and deep cleaned.

Entire hallway and room smelled like mold. Horrible stale musty smell. Plus the smell of **** at every entrance.

We've stayed in Dover many times during our April vacations, and this place was the worst quality. Hard to believe it's the same price as Microtel across the street.
