The staff here were super friendly and hospitable. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area looked beautiful although we did not end up using it. The location of the hotel felt safe, although there were emergency vehicles with sirens going by constantly and our room did not provide much for noise reduction. For the price you pay it would be nice if more amenities were included such as parking and breakfast. However they do include a free self serve coffee bar and there is a restaurant on site. All together it was a decent place to stay.

Front desk service was fantasic. Patrick drove us to the concert venue and he was awesome. Our room was nice, great shower. Bartenders in the restaurant are great.

Right in downtown walkable to many places on-site parking you have to pay for it, but it’s pretty reasonable and with in and out privileges
Since it’s in downtown, you can be disturbed by fire truck and ambulance noises at night
Room was suspicious. It is an older hotel but it’s maintained well. They also have a restaurant on site for breakfast and lunch and dinner.

Decent enough. Reasonably priced parking and pet friendly. Staff were stand offish. Needed a spare towel and asked the cleaner who happened to be outside our room and she coldly told us to ask the front desk. I would stay here again.

Do not stay here unless you don’t mind an air conditioning unit that sounds like a jet engine and the lobby smells old

Very close to Government Center station in order to access public transit along the Metro Line. The evening milk and cookies were a nice, unique touch! I didn't get an opportunity to hit the pool or fitness center on this trip.
Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It's a bit loud at night due to the fact a trauma center / emergency room is right down the block.
