Soon as I walked in just wasnt as nice as pictures. Got one room upstairs came in and the amell that smacke sme was horrible like mold...bed was wet underneath and sheets were dirty. Aske for another room downstairs no different maybe worse nold under the AC smelled so bad made me nauseous. I canceled reservations ans went next door

The air quality in the room made my wife sick
We turned on heat to take the chill off in the room and it smelled awful and set off the CO detector.
The comfort of the bed was fine and staff were very friendly.

One Night Stay in St. Augustine, FL
This hotel is located within walking distance to the Fountain of Youth and the trolley depot. It is a little far when walking to shopping and restaurants. We did manage to walk though. The hotel was perfect for what I needed it for, a one night stay to see St. Augustine with my friend. The front desk staff was very welcoming, which I appreciated.

The room was clean, beds are comfortable, air conditioning was a little loud my friend said but it didn’t bother me. The young woman that checked me in couldn’t have been any nicer or helpful!!!

Property was great most of everything was great except for the air conditioner, rattling and making pumping noise like pumping water out. They did offer to move us, but they didn’t have anymore single king size beds they wanted to move us to a double queen and me and my wife did not want that the air conditioner was not screwed into the wall. I am a maintenance man at a resort and it just needed to be tightened. All the screws were loose and not screwed in. I could pull it out of the wall. I tightened it myself the best I could without tools that helped the rattling, but not the pumping water sound. But I think it is a good hotel to stay at. It’s very close to everything. Everything is 5 to 10 minutes away and the outlet mall is only 17 minutes away. It’s very affordable.
