The staff here are phenomenal, friendly, and welcoming! They remembered us from staying with them 4 months ago during their busy season. They were wonderful to work with when my mother-in-law was on life support. We needed to extend our stay twice, and they were more than accommodating! This time, they accommodated us once again as my husband decided to stay another night. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable place with top-notch staff.

我们从佛罗里达州回家，途经此地，这家酒店是我们多次选择的中途落脚点。之前从未遇到任何问题，直到最近这次入住。我们的酒店房间有两张标准双人床。当我准备躺到其中一张床上睡觉时，闻到了一股尿味。我以为是自己闻错了，但当我挪开枕头时，那股尿味确确实实是从床上传来的。我只好和孩子挤在另一张床上。
我无法理解的是，客房服务人员在整理床铺的时候，怎么会没发现床垫有尿味？或者，即使他们闻到了，也懒得处理。这种事情应该上报管理层，然后把床垫扔掉才对。
我已经把这事告诉了前台。我一直很喜欢住这家酒店，但这次遇到了有尿味的床，再加上凌晨两点走廊里还有其他客人吵吵嚷嚷，我以后肯定不会再住这家酒店了。
我们去杰克逊维尔市中心游玩，在这家离市中心仅15分钟车程的酒店住了一晚。
酒店没什么可抱怨的。入口大堂宽敞。环境安静祥和。酒店内有餐厅，我们晚上在那里吃了鱼柳，非常鲜嫩可口。芝士蛋糕也很好吃。
前台工作人员Tabitha和Madison在我们入住当晚，非常热心地帮助我们办理了入住手续并解决了维修问题。这已经是我们第二次住在这里了。以后去佛罗里达，我们可能还会选择这家酒店。

押金扣多钱，好几天让客服去弄都弄不回来。太差劲了。环境也一般，很旧的感觉。
