The woman at the front desk when we checked in was rude and unfriendly. The elevator did not work and nobody informed us before hand. The restaurant and tiki bar were both closed for revocations and again we were not informed before hand. The pool was beautiful but the area around the pool was FILLED with bugs.

We had a very nice 1 night stay. The room was very clean, the staff was nice & conveniently located. The price was reasonable. I will be back for a longer stay.

Quick trip only one night, was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and unique the room was. We walked to the nearby restaurants and watched the sunset from the marina.

This place has everything very near. Starting with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, kids parks, and beaches. People are very friendly is very friendly and the customer service is amazing.

10/10 experience. The hotel was perfectly positioned near 2 delicious restaurants, on the water, clean, kind and attentive staff, pool and hot tub and walkable to the shops. There was a continental breakfast included that one of us attended and found it far exceeded their expectations. I was thoroughly impressed at how clean they even kept the poolside restrooms. Would recommend to anyone coming to the area

Day staff was terrible rude and unhelpful! Ely at night was wonderful! Great location but rooms aren’t very sound proof at all heard the guest next door coughing all the time.
