I did not get my room receipt emailed to me and I needed it for reimbursement. I stay here every other month for business

The room was exceptionally clean; excellent. The staff was extremely courteous; from the front desk, cleaning staff, and the young lady who managed the breakfast room. This was not a fun trip so the conditions I just mentioned were definitely appreciated. I have to return in late summer and will make another reservations with this location.

The hotel itself feels old and smells like smoke probably because there is a lot of people smoking directly outside the front door. The breakfast area is very clean and staff is friendly but would like healthier choices.

Had a great stay, staff very helpful and cordial. Easy check in, they were waiting for for check in since I schedule my ETA of arrival. Always greeted by the staff every in and out from the hotel.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The only issue we had was that our room had an in room jacuzzi however we could not get the water hot enough to use it. Outside that, we loved the room and hotel

Our room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, typical menu, staff ensured food was available and the area was clean.
Cons: Smokers area should be relocated away from the entrance. We were awakened each morning 6-7am by heavy foot traffic and/or equipment movement above our room (#220).
