The faucet handle in the shower was completely broken. I had to figure out how to get it on to turn the water on.
My door was actually open when I went up to my room ( not just unlocked), and when I mentioned it to the front desk clerk, he was completely indifferent. Didn’t offer to walk me back up and check the room. Nothing.
Front desk staff both during check out and check in were not friendly. Not rude, just not welcoming nor did they ask how was my stay, or say thank you. Not who I would want greeting my guests.

The lobby and room were clean and well maintained. The breakfast options were amazing. The price was great. My only complaint was how narrow it was pulling into the parking lot past the front door. If there’s a car parked there to check in, it’s tight driving thru

WE HAD TO MOVE BECAUSE OF A/C AND TV NOT WORKING
THE 2ND ROOM HAD AN A/C THAT WE COULD NOT REGULATE SO WE HAD TO SHUT IT OFF WHICH MADE THE ROOM TOO WARM TO SLEEP

Room Redesign needed
The bed is too close to the AC unit. Whoever lies on that side of the bed essentially freezes. There’s no way of lowering the fan speed either. The bed should be shifted more towards the center of the room. Otherwise, good basic hotel room with essential Features. Free breakfast is a plus

Passing Through Town
Stayed one night while traveling through Georgia. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. The only negative was that the shower nozzle was not working correctly and I had to take a cold shower. Despite that, I would stay here again.

I've stayed at a lot of best westerns and this was by far the worse. The room smelt awful and the sheets looked like they weren't change since the last guest, there was also small bugs crawling on the sheets. We changed rooms and we didn't see bugs, smelt better but the sheets were still not clean. If it wasn't so late we definitely would have went somewhere else. Also very felt very unsafe - would never stay here again.

My mom and I stopped in while heading north to visit my brother. The front desk staff was very friendly and the check in process was fast and easy. The room was clean and the offered breakfast, and although we left before it started, we were able to grab some fruit.

酒店位置非常便利，就在95号公路旁，附近有很多餐厅。可惜的是，我们房间的浴室有问题——洗手池和淋浴阀门都很难用——淋浴水温很难调节，而且洗手池的水龙头滤网太细，除非水龙头开到最小，否则水会喷溅到洗手池和台面上。
