As We discussed at the time of check out my staff was simply trying to accommodate your request on your reservation, that you required a room on the first floor due to your husband having medical issues. The $100.00 charge was for incidentals. Incidentals is required at any hotel you stay at it is for in case a guest causes damage. If no damage is done the $100.00 is refunded back to the credit card and is a standard refund process time with your bank or credit card provider. With you booking through a third party and it being a prepaid reservations there is no receipt I can physically hand you I apologize your receipt will come from *******.
The elevator was out, so they upgraded us to a full suite,on the first floor
The room had a smell to it but once I bought some air freshener. It was fine. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The breakfast host was very sweet and helpful.. the bed had a dent in the mattress but other than that no complaints for the price

The room itself was fine except the pillows smell very stale. (but were clean). The breakfast was good. BUT.... the elevator was broken, which I understand because it was Thanksgiving they couldn't get it fixed right away. However, upon check in, the woman proceeded to tell us about the broken elevator and added "the only rooms I have are on the 3rd and 4th floor". Since my room was prepaid on a 3rd party site, it's not like I had a choice about staying. Plus it was Thanksgiving.. where would we even go? And I wouldn't get money back or anything so of course we took it. No "sorry" or "can I help you up the stairs?" (we are old) and she said it in a tone that meant she really didn't want us to stay. VERY unwelcoming. If she would have said it in a different tone OR said "sorry" I might have felt differently.

Staff was very courteous and helpfull. Ive been staying here for the past four years for all of my granddaughters events.

Everything was good about it. Was able to do early check in on Thanksgiving. Pool was warm for the kids and breakfast was switched up everyday. Kids loved the endless amounts of hot chocolate. Beds are comfortable as well, showers nice and hot!

Mattress was comfortable though a bit divited. Elevator was out of order, though we were offered a Queen room on the ground floor instead of walking up to the 4th floor. Skipped breakfast after taking a sip of sour expired milk.

这家酒店比较老了,他们正在尽力保持原有的风格。卖的是两张大床,但肯定是两张双人床。还行,但感觉价格有点高。
