Had bed bugs and staff didnt even seem concerned at all they offered other room looked at it was disgusting not swept in looks liek weeks pill on floor trash under couch
So i asked for refund and went somewhere else
Still havnt heard how to get refund yet
Also have pictures to show bugs in room

Room was disgusting voice concerns the front desk end up checking out within the same hour. Emailed manager for refund still have yet to hear back from them. Pay for a two night stay. Would appreciate a refund

The room itself was in good condition. However, the staff were somewhat uncooperative. Our checkout time was 11:00 AM, but when we returned to the room after breakfast at 9:30 AM, we found that all the linens and towels had already been removed—even though our suitcases and laptops were still inside. When we called to have the linens reinstated, it took about 20 minutes for a staff member to arrive, only for him to leave again because he did not have the proper king-size bedsheets and pillow covers. By the time he returned, it was already close to our checkout time. This was not professional behavior.

Friendly, but untrained staff made check-in time consuming. Old rooms and furnishings in desperate need of updating. Smoke on non-smoking wing. Not a great experience, and not in line with reviews.

Room was clean, could use a tall elongated toilet!! Staff was very helpful, good location near the super Kroger!!

staff was very nice and the room was quite large, but the pillows are really small and the bathroom shower was completely corroded over. TV was dated as well but bed was really comfy and the blankets kept me warm. AC was really quiet so it was hard for me to sleep without a fan but that’s just a personal preference. solid stay

Odd location, like a maze to get to the hotel. Room was ok, dirty & smelly stairway between the 2nd and 3rd floor, breakfast was subpar. There are lots of places to eat nearby however, and a Kroger grocery store nearby. Zoo not far away, though I wouldn't recommend that in the winter with much of the things closed.

Great hotel for the price! I didn’t have breakfast this day, but it smelled good. The only complaint, and this happens a lot elsewhere, there was some dust and mineral buildup in the water chamber of the personal coffeemaker. It’s a huge plus when it’s wiped clean. Other than that, they regularly check on you and have a willingness to help.

The bathroom seat had feces on it. And the bottom of the door to the bathroom looked like a lion was clawing his way in. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was good. I look for bugs in every place I stay. The seat cushion had blood stains on the underside and food crumbs etc in the seat. Walls are thin. Beds were comfortable and there were no bugs.
