Hotel was advertised to have hot tub. It doesn't pool was closed for what reason I don't know. Hotel smelled like chemicals, so bad like they was trying to hide something. Back door to hotel want locked.( Didn't need a let card). Room had all kinds of damage as in bad floors damage bathtub no hot water. I won't stay at another quality inn and suites ever again because of this hotel. I home it for two nights left after the first night and went to a Radisson.

The staff was nice. Our TV remote didn’t work and the staff didn’t seem to know how to fix it. The room wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived with a bandaid left on the floor in the corner. The smoke detector was also disconnected.

The room had flying bugs on the walls and bed. The bathroom shower was not clean and there were dirty cobwebs above the window. Although it was quiet for the most part, the neighboring room left their door ajar and light knocking could be heard throughout the night.

Two night stay - discovered after the first night that my room door was not locked and didn’t need the key card to open it. Thankfully nothing happened (as far as I know, no one entered the room while I was gone) and the front desk moved me to a different room immediately. Walls are thin and could hear neighbors talking. Rooms could have been better cleaned and the amenities matched the cost of the room (economy). Breakfast was good though.

Towels are gray not white. Shower head is so full of water scaling it does not rotate. Head is on powerful jet spray. Water leaks out back of tub. Smoke alarm missing from wall.

Website said there is a indoor hot tub and pool. No hot tub. Went to visit the pool and was told it was closed down by the health department. Side entrance door area was filthy. Stayed 3 nights, had to go and ask for basic essentials that should have been stocked in the room. Had to go down and ask for clean towels. Also was told to just leave my trash at the front desk. Parking lot had trash scattered all over.

The bathroom had a funny smell. One of the beds seemed like it had a broken spring… the service was excellent though, when we checked in he upgraded us to a double king room for free so we could be on the first floor (no elevator, and we had 3 littles to haul)
